Riverstone Community

The Reserve at Riverstone community is a 293 acre, mixed use community. It consists of 284 single-family homes, a senior independent living facility, luxury apartments and 85 acres of retail. Riverstone is located in the Kansas City northland on Tiffany Springs Parkway between Congress and Amity Road, just north of M-152. Riverstone is also just north of Zona Rosa and west of I-29. The current phase of residential development at Riverstone is single family homes priced in the mid $300,000’s.

The Reserve- The reserve consists of 284 single-family home sites on 117 acres of land. Homes are priced from the upper $300,000’s to low $400,000’s.

         The Shoppes- Retail / Commercial will be developed right next to the community on 286,600 square feet on 44 acres.

         The Crossing- Luxury Apartments  -300 to 400 units- will be built within the community.

         The Commons-  Neighborhood Retail/Office space will be built into the community on 137,600 square feet on 30 acres in addition to The Shoppes
